We had a tree down call on Friday night. It ended up that a small tree fell from some woods and part of it was hanging over the guard rail blocking traffic. Between the tim e that we got called out and got on scene, someone had come along and cut the part that was in the road way off.
We also had someone go off the road yesterday morning on a curve when it was snowing like a mother and they side swept a fire hydrant. The hydrant was standing straight up and down, but after getting whacked, it was sitting at a 45* angle.

Charlie. got home and it was the same as it was when I arrived at your place.... drip.................... drip......... smoke. When the weather warms up a little, I'll do as we said. Remove the bolts and lift the cover and try to reposition and retighten, starting at the rear.
