All the hotels have parking lots/ramps. Driving around wasn't bad the last time I was there. They do have a nice tram system now for getting back and forth to the casinos so you don't have to drive or walk everywhere.
The different casinos "look" close to each other but are actually so massive that it can be a six block walk from one to another sometimes.
Yeah it should all be pretty close as it is a powerstroke. Yeah it did this once before when it sat outside on a colder day all day. I took the other truck and pushed it in the shop and the next morning it started right up and has been good since till now.
Ahhh, ya gotta love random problems. Sounds like maybe a slightly loose electrical connection maybe. When the metals warm and expand just a little they make a good connection again.
Yeah I love random problems........not! I have it plugged in so we will see what happens in the am. Of course it is sitting in a bad spot to try and push it in the shop but if it doesn't start I will have to get it in.
Wish I could help with that one Troy. On the bright side, I think I figured out what has been causing my MPG and high engine load problem...
After I sold my jetta, I got the X out of retirement by getting an oil change... first thing, i went to get my marauder, and on the way to iowa and back it got crap for mileage - about 10 at highway speeds with an empty uhaul and 8 on the way back with the marauder in tow... and it barely had any power to get to 70mph and hold it. i decided to do the overdue spark plugs, and when I opened the hood I found my oil cap on top of the passenger headlight. I got an oil change right away, and it was supposedly down 2 quarts.
I've been getting 10mpg ever since, with the new spark plugs, but that's still not where it used to be - 12-12.5 usually around town. Even the 5 star tune didn't help.
I know my hubs are messed up/frozen, that's eating some mpg, but 2+ mpg, I don't see it... Then talking to a friend tonight, it dawned on me... those 2 quarts of oil were sucked in through the pcv, having no vacuum, and either burned or sent out the exhaust valves... I'm willing to bet the o2 sensor is at least mildly messed up, and almost sure the catalytic converter is probably plugged... I don't see 2 quarts of oil going through the motor while towing doing much good.
I can't wait till spring to be able to work on it... we need some 60 degree days...
Jay,
I have been reading alot about ski doo's and the say the 800's from 05-08 have a ton of problems. I think I will stay away from those, would love to get the new ACE motor or the 1200 4 stroke. We will continue to look and see if the big deals come out, Thanks for looking .....
