Spent my afternoon pulling the motor from the ranger and checking it over. Found I had popped 2 freeze plugs over the winter. Thought I had drained the motor, must have left some water in the block, doh! Pulled the pan and top end, all looks good and clean inside. So back together it goes with some extra stuff to make it even faster

I hope to get a response off of a guy that has a truck bed tomorrow, I've been beatin around the bush with him for almost 3 weeks. If he doesn't come through does anybody have a 73-79 Flareside bed that fits a 6 1/2' box??

yeah ive thought a lot about that. i know where one is. the floor is ate out of it. but thats not hard to fix on a flareside. its sittin in a junk yard in Hickory Tenn. I found out my truck was originally a flareside so I'm trying to find one. thanks
