F150 with a 302 or 300, probably a Mazda M5OD.
"M5HD", iirc, is just another name for the ZF.
Pretty pics here, and they are easily distinguished by looking at them:

For example, a PTO port = ZF. Horizontal/vertical webbing = Mazda.
