'01 7.3 squeaking
My engine just recently started squeaking. You can sort of hear it in the video. Maybe I need a new belt? Could it be something else? YouTube - Truck

Mine has done it for years, but only when the temps drop below 40degrees. I've changed belts, pullys. I'm sure mine is belt related, I can spray a dab of wd40 on the belt only and the squeak stops for a while. I've just learned to live with it. Still don't like it so I will follow and see what you come up with.

Have you tried using Belt Dressing? I've had success using this product to eliminate pesky squeaks.
However, use of a spray lubricant may only mask a looming part failure.
In any event keep an eye and ear open for other signs of issues.
