Does forum support work ??

Im posting here, because I'm frustrated and dont know where else to go. Since I joined the board, it wont remember me. Every time I move forums or try to post or anything I do it asks for me to log in. Its very very irritating to log in every time I move. I lose threads and locations a lot. I use firefox lastest build (I update).

Ive email the support people about a month ago and have yet to hear back from them. I tried again this morning and see if they give a rats patootie.

Im not a happy camper.

I am sure its going to ask for me to log in when I post this message. It does every time.

Ive even went into cookies and hard coded ford-trucks.com as allow.

So anyone had issues with support not answering.

any know of a fix ???

Have you tried logging in on someone else's computer? If so, was the result the same? A different result- you were able to stay logged in- would indicate that the roblem is pocal and not the forum, and you would ave options at that point.

support tickets are normally read almost as soon as they come in.
as to why yours were missed is a good guess.
this thread was attached in a message to higher ups by another moderator.

as to why you have to log in every time you refresh a page, the only thing i can think of is that your computer is not storing the FTE cookies.

Thanks Snowbunny. I tried all the suggestions to no avail.

I noticed that when I log in and when I hit OK the password dots disappear then I perform the action.

I'm to the point I want them to totally wipe my account and let me reapply to see if that does it.

Wiping your account out will not help, there is nothing in your profile that is incorrect or wrong. we are looking at this.

If you mean this

Do this WORD for WORD.....it helps your computer to do this once a month anyway. First make sure you are logged off… then clear ALL your cookies/cache, …then run-disk clean up check ALL and dump, then de-frag you HD restart and log in…ALWAYS log off when done.
Done

Still the same.

Originally Facebook, but I added the password.

It wouldn't hold under face book either, thats why I went password to see if it would hold.

Like I said, Delete the account and email w7psk@w7psk.net

Lets see if recreating a new will fix it.
