Kansas doesn't have many restrictions on mileage and driving with antique tags. Some states really limit what you can do with an antique tag. I think NE has a "historical" tag, but you are pretty much limited to parades and stuff like that. I don't know about the antique tag up there though.
In nebraksa if you have an antique tag on a wheat truck and you use it to haul grain to market you can get a ticket. I think it is under 2000 a year - and you have to give them the mileage when you register. (although it has been a very long time since i have done so.)
Hank is Wiser brewery car show in Cheney KS? Usually in August. I've taken the Bullitt the last two years and had a blast. No registration fee if you pre register. I can keep you posted if anyone's interested.
