Wiring questions
Ok here's a couple wiring questions for the experts on here.
#1 - What's the best way to ground the box (electrically) so the rear lights (tail, brake, running) light works? Anybody know the part number for the "body to frame ground strap"?
#2 - On a A/C truck, when you move the bottom selector lever of the HVAC unit to the OFF position, I can still get the fan to run on all speeds - any thoughts? Is there a difference in the fan speed switches from a NON-AC truck to an A/C truck? Any year differences? looks like to me there was a change in fan speed switches in mid model year '78?
This is for a 78 F250 truck, originally non A/C truck but installed factory A/C from another '78 truck.

Well, as far as #1 goes, a good heavy gauged switch-to-starter style battery cable is usually good enough, and mount it to the box and to the frame. Have a cable connect from the frame to the engine (or directly to the battery) at the front. Good to go!!
