I hve an 05 and have been looking around for quite some time. Unfortunately the only system available is the dynatrak (sp) which is very robust but extremely expensive. I have written WARN and SUPERWINCH if/when they will have any availability on a system for 05 and above with the only response being "Keep checking our website".
Oh well, wishfull thinking but maybe someday.
It seems that Ford Motor Company has an "agreement" with Warn Industries to prevent the sell of the Warn "Branded" hubs in the aftermarket. Just another way for Ford Motor Company to make $$$ at the vehicle owner's expense.
I'm not entirely certain about this. In 2005, Ford went with larger brakes, larger wheels and changed the suspension from leafs to coils.
I THINK at the time they went with a Dana Super 60 front axle, instead of the Dana 60. I don't know what the difference is, but regardless, there are enough '05 and better Fords out there that I would think there would still be a market, even if you had to design a hub specifically for that axle.
I would just swap them out with the premium manuals and say be done with it. I know it pretty much defeats the purpose of the ESOF but who cares. Are we really that lazy? Get out and lock them, you can still hit the switch to engage the Transfer.

That would be nice, except I think the point is that no one makes manual hubs for 2005 or newer trucks. At least no one that I have discovered so far.
I don't know. The specs say 2005+ is a Dana 60 or Super 60 with a 35 spline axle shaft. The Warn application guide doesn't show anything past 2004. And I've never heard of anyone buying an aftermarket manual hub for anything 2005 or later.
I have already had to replace the passenger side hub. when i bought the truck i noticed a little pull on the right side so i tried turning the shaft and it was locked up, tried to disengage it without tearing it apart. when all else failed i pulled the hub out and found that all the bearings were shredded. everything looked good aside from the hub itself. so went shopping for new hubs... they first gave me warn hubs, found out they don't fit.. got money back from that sale. instead i just went to a salvage yard and bought a used one. cleaned it up and greased it a bit and haven't had a issue since. kinda curious what would make a hub like this shred the bearings :S
