Differential????

I have never change the differential fluid on my 2004 6.0, Should I do this or is it one of those things where if you havnt done it dont touch it.

The 4x4 disengages but it still makes the noise on the tight turns.

You are in your wrong post, but it sounds like your hubs are still locked. If you were using auto mode they might still be locked. Turn the dial back and forth between free and lock, see if that helps
