Not really to far off...........They want me to take over the mantainance and record keeping on the sewer plant and the water plant. In return I won't have to pay for water and sewer on my house or shop. This will save me $150/month!

Not much..........Mainly making sure the pumps are working and the lagoons are ok.......

One of the partners is a builder in Washington state and isn't around much, and the other 2 partners both own other businesses and are gone a lot.

The solids are eaten away by anaerobic bacteria.

Don, you fine a piece over there for me. I'm looking for a bachelor pad hahahah. I've actually started looking around my town but real estate is crazy. I would really like to get a piece of the base over there if anything is left....

Yes. They are sending me to Portland (yuk...) for three days to get state certified........

Don't bring the pistol, portland has ordinances against conceal carry.
