For any of you that have a small coolant leak like I had, when the truck sat and engine got cold. Ford put some O-rings in the radiator hoses, which mine were bad for some reason, that might be your issue. Like I stated it only leaked when the engine was cold, after I ran it the O-rings must have swollen back up and sealed off. The leak was on the driver front of the engine, I couldn't see a leak but it ran down the block onto my driveway, wasn't much but I knew it was there. On another note the dealer told me my "bed pan" was leaking oil which I knew something was leaking cause of the oil on my starter, that's gonna require an engine pull to fix so I am gonna wait till I get a bigger punch list. Sorry so long but hope it helps anyone else.

Wow...
The dreaded bedplate leak used to be a common problem with the 6.0s, this is the first I've heard of it on a 6.4L. Considering the bottom end is nearly identical it makes sense that the 6.4L would be susceptible to this as well.
My upper radiator hose at the water pump connection started leaking at 42,000 miles. Ford denied the repair under warranty and quoted me $650 for new hose and coolant flush. I ordered two O-rings from Ford for $5, picked some gold coolant from NAPA and repaired in about 2 hours. The old O-Rings were visibly flattened into an oval shape which explains the leaking. New O-Rings are different color and appear to be made from different rubber compound as well.

WOW!!! Guess I should thank my dealer, I had 44,000 miles....didn't question anything, my salesperson met me halfway to my house ( bout 1-1/2 hrs away to dealership) and gave me a loaner F-150 super crew for a week (cause they were so busy and couldn't get to my truck right away). I got one heck of a good dealership, cost me notta...
Yeah Senix, my service writer told me they would have to pull the engine. I'll get to that later when they're not so busy.

They have redesigned the radiator hose so that it now has two o-rings at each end. I still have the old style hose wand they replaced the one o-ring on mine.
