Radio Light
Radio Light
92 F-150 with a stock radio/cassette player.
all of a sudden the little light that iluminates the time and station went blank. You can still see the time if you lean over in the right way(kinda dangerous while driving though).
The rest of the lights on the radio are O.K.
Does the radio need pulled? I read on another post that you take a "U" shaped coat hanger then push it into those 4 little holes. Do you push(the coathanger) and pull on the face plate at the same time?

Radio Light
Just pulled my radio. I tried fooling with the 4 holes on the front...no good. I was able to get my hands in behind it with the dash panel off and pinch the retainers. But that's on my 92 van, maybe you can't do it on the p/u.
