The 08 has 6.4L, probably not much for the rebate on an 2011 yet. Do you do any towing?

factory rebate is $3500, just wondering if i could get them down a few grand as well. hows the 6.4 reliability wise?

New is always better then old. When buying used you are getting into things you don't know that might be wrong. New the dealer will take care of anything for you. And also depends on if you really like all the features on a fully loaded truck.
