HMM There is a guy locally here has a wrecked 94.5 F350 he said it has stage two Injectors from this company he wants to sell the truck as a whole and wants a ridiculous price all I want is the Injectors he said it also has a ported turbo thats all he said about it so I am assuming it is one of them E bay turbo,s he also said it is not chipped that is weird

I was planning on using Jim from rosewood I was gonna send him a set to rebuild to stage ones eventually but If I can get my hands on these ones for a decent price I may go that rout.

What Is a set of stage two Injectors worth he said they had just over 1000km on them so they are fairly new I just want to compare price to what he said he paid.

Thanks

Call ddp. They do sell injectors and they are fairly expensive iirc.

I live 5 minutes from their shop and I know the Ford Tech at the shop personally. They do good work but are very expensive. My buddy has their injectors in his 95 F250. If you have a chance to buy this guys injectors, do it. I would say a fair price is anything below 1200. My guess is he paid upwards of 2k for them... However I wouldn't buy them for anything less than you can get a Stage 2 premium build done from Rosewood or Full Force.

See if you can get them for around a grand. That would be a good deal IMO.

If he sticks to his guns about selling as a package, try to get a good deal to where you can make a buck or two on the turbo and gauges.

Well he got back to me and now he said he will just sell the sticks he wants $1000 firm but I am starting to get cold feet after thinking about this for a bit I realy only want stage 1,s just thinking about all the supporting mods I will still have to do before I can even use these I have gauges 3"down pipe,4" exhaust and 6637 DYI Intake but I will need lots of other stuff as well plus the fact I have an auto that knock on wood is still going strong but for that price its hard to say no lol how does a truck run with stage 2,s with no tuning? do they put out too much fuel and black smoke and if so is it manageable with stock tuning or are they like stage 1,s that you cant notice them till you get the proper tuning?

Find out more specifics on the injectors, like how many miles on them, and if they were built with NEW injectors, or if they were a core set do they have NEW Plunger & Barrels. If no to either, even $1000 isn't worth it IMO. If yes you either, $1k is a good price.

If you NEVER plan to upgrade the turbo and fuel system, maybe add an intercooler, maybe built trans/HD clutch etc, then Stage-2 just are not worth it. Stage-1 will be all you need.
I have Stage-1 in my all stock daily driver and it's fun as heck to drive. I couldn't imagine going to Stage-2 and larger turbo. I'm not out to race or anything, just a daily driver and it's fine for me personally.
