Part Throttle Hickup?

Part Throttle Hickup?
I have been getting a part throttle hickup for some time, I've changed the TPS, MAF, ICM, and it has less than 3,000 miles on the plugs, wires, cap, rotor. The only engine codes are EGR and Smog stuff... would that be part of the issue?
Im getting fustrated as hell with it.
It happens right at 11-12 seconds...

Went and pulled Codes again, and I got a 212.
From what I read it would be caused by the wrong ICM to be installed, BUT, I replaced the black on that was stock on my pickup with a Black aftermarket one.. I also don't think the spout is loose, but I'll go check that soon...
