air injection tube problems!!!!

air injection tube problems!!!!
ok i was going to do my intake manifold gasket on my 90 f150 4.9. i noticed my air injection tube going to the head was cracked off around the 6th tube. i got all of the fitting out of the head except number one. it broke off in the head with the tube sticking out of it. im not sure what the best way to get it out would be. i was thinking trying to crack it with a punch or something. any other ideas? thanks
