NONE AT ALL! lol and here i thought 2011 would be my year! damn!
i also installed a new battery on friday, it was on the factory battery and she was having a hard time starting. so i went with the biggest baddest 1050CCA walmart batterys. 3 year free replacment and $82. after my last optima only lasted 4 years without ever being run down, i said no to buying another.
going to order 10 new coils also here soon. cleaning them seemed to get rid o the miss, but its time for new ones.

no, i'll start a new update thread i guess. i'll just finish this one up with pics of the work finished, including the removal of the pinstripe and buffing of the whole truck next weekend.

yes, i had an idea how they would come out as we had the bug sheild and splash gaurds painted to match on my grandpas old '03 f-150 super crew. 6 years later they still look great! i cant wait to see the truck out in the sun all cleaned up! so ready to have her back tomorrow you dont know!

I noticed there is chrome inserts in the lower cladding, is that a new thing on the newer ex's because i dont think that is on our 2000 limited?

yeah i believe its only on 02-03 exs? i'd never seen it before i saw mine but now that i look for it i see it more often on the newer ones. my '00 limited did not have it either.
