I have a couple of extra guage panels for my truck and this one already had the stars cut out for add on guages. I cut out the rest of the panel with a dremmel tool but left the arrows for the turn signals. I welded in a piece of scrap metal that I cut to fit, then ground down all the welds. I'm not sure what I'm doing for guages yet.
