02 4 cyl 113k 5 speed original ownwer

First event started on Aug 10. Turn the key to start after just returnin g home 10 minutes later and NUTTIN.
All electronics work. Lights don't dim when starting, everything functioning. Fuel pump pressuring the rails all sounds good. Battery test shows battery in excellent condition. Throwing NO codes. All wire connections battery to starter are clean, rust free and tight. Clutch pedal lock out switch is good. even tried switching keys in the event it is related to the theft code in the key and make no difference.

Time line of more events
Mid Nov does it again. End of Dec does it again. Now third week in January does it again. So the window is getting smaller between events. Starts and runs like a champ if bump started. Two of the events the one in Dec sat overnight as it was late. Next morning put my code reader before trying to start it and nothing shows up. NO codes. Then Fires right up. Today when I let it sit for 15 minutes after using it, I come back turn the key and same old thing, just no starter engagement. I go grab my code reader and go back to the truck and throws no codes. So another 10 minutes has passed and I try and start it and VROOOM! Fires right up???

SO? Whatcha Think? What am I missing or need to be doing? I am guessing it's the solenoid/starter. Seems heat related with the window shortning between events and due to the amount of miles on the truck I will probably just put a new starter on. Anything else I should check?

Run it by Advance /Autozone and have them do a free charging system/battery/starter draw check before springing for new starter or solenoid.
