thay are brown from arkin in water...what ya do is get some new boots and a dab of dialectric greese at end and slather the rest of the outside of to boot to the top.....that will seal the whole thing,no way water will get past it,water stays out and arc stays in...try that mayby ur coils ant fried yet,if thay are get u some summit ones,good price and quality
