Steering box removal help

Hello everyone. I need a little help. I am trying to remove my steering box on my 66 F100 and cant get it off at the pivot arm. I removed the nut and the pivot arm will not come off the linkage. What am I doing wrong? Any advise how to get this off? Thank you in advance

Your going to have to get a pitman arm puller. If you buy one, go on and get a good one with a guarantee . I thought I'd be smart and get a cheapy and it poped about the first time I used it..

thank you very much guys. maybe I should have mentioned this was my first time and dont know what Im doing. lol. got one and pulled it just fine. Thanks again
