CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP

Hello,
I am having some serious issues diagnosing a severe vibraition problem with my 2004 f 250 Fx4. i have recently replaced, upper and lower ball joints, both hubs, drivers side front cv joint, front brakes, tires, exhaust, 4 injectors, pinion bearing and seal, two rear drive shaft u-joints. i am considering getting rid of this truck if i cant keep it on the road for longer than a week. While driving at all speeds when i hit a bump there is a vibration coming from the front. it is more noticable when turning left. it was horrible while pulling my 6x10 enclosed trailer today it feels like something is loose in the left front. It starts while slowing donw between 50 mph and 40 mph. I cannot afford to keep replacing parts can anyone help me please. Also i have had in the dealership 4 times and it is supposidly "mechanicly sound" i would really appreciate some help
thanks in advance

looks like you had alot of work done.

was this done at the same time? was this a problem before or did it start after some of this work was done?

you say it happens at all speeds but then say st starts when slowing down between 50-40?

i did it in stages the ball joints cv joints in one time, then injectors, then tires and brakes, the problem has always been to fix this vibration. I took it to the dealership for the vibration and hard cold starts and all they did was hit me up for 2k on injecters. Between 40 and 50 the vibration is heard and felt while slowing down, all other times it is while accelerating and mantaining constant speed.

Check track bar bushings, front spring bushings, can you feel in steering? Check caliper slide pins and grease. Also shocks and steering stabilizer need checking and likely replacement. These trucks are sensitive to front end work being done properly, sounds like the front end shake.
