Question Transmission cooler lines leaking! HELP!

So I never noticed this until today, so I'm assuming it's new, but who knows....

After I parked my truck on the snow I noticed 7 little drops of tranny fluid on the ground. When I crawled under the truck the line itself was wet at a couple points, mostly around two couplings that are at either end of a currogated line that weave it up and above the exhaust (I think). The axle is coated with the oil, which makes me think this happens while in motion as well, however when I let it idle to warm up, nothings on the ground, and I drove it over snow to see if I saw a line of fluid or anything, and nothing that I could find.

Here's a picture of the line, the top coupling is toward the radiator, and you can see the red drop hanging off of it.

My main questions are whether this is "normal" and the dripping is to be expected with these trucks, or is it one of those things where it's a drip drip first and then the whole thing blows off while you're driving!?

The truck is for sale, and I don't mind being honest about the leak, but I'd rather not fix it myself right now unless it can be done by me and cheap.

ANY ADVICE IS WELCOME!!!!

Thanks guys!

I wouldn't call it "normal." If it were my truck I would definitely fix it. Have you checked the transmission fluid level?

I did and it was a hair low, but I didn't fill it, the dealer did- so I don't have a point of reference. But it's not like a quart low or anything.

Do they normally just continue to seep, or will it like blow off while I'm driving? lol The truck may be gone within a week, and I don't want to neglect it in that time, but it's my only vehicle right now, so I'm just paranoid about starting the project and not having the tools to do it (I'd be stuck with no way to get anywhere!), or it blowing off and having nothing to drive! lol
