I tried to read some of the replies at the end of the story...some people just don't understand. One guy stated it was "a heavy truck for heavy ugly people". Seems he has never had enough friends to need the extra space/ability the X offers

Most people on that site don't have a clue about why people actually need trucks. They think everyone that has a truck is compensating for something and could get by with a Subaru Outback.
I'm glad there were a couple guys who chimed in who actually own Excursions.

They do look sweet. Love the new dash on the 2011. Almost ready to sell my 66 Eldorado my Ex and get one of these. Gonna wait till that new Diesel engine is out a few years so the bugs are out. Remember the 03 6.0? Ouch!!
