It's been while since I've been on the boards (what happened to free time?). I have a question for the gurus who hang out here. My 94 Bronco split it's block thanks to the near zero temps recently and is just dead. I want to pirate what I can off of it to put on my languishing 66 F100. The power windows look like they could be used (minus the glass) but what about things like brakes, power steering, A/C, etc... Any suggestions? I want to pick it clean of the stuff I can use before I part it out.
For your 66, power windows are simple to do. Saturn front window motors mesh up perfectly with the 66 regulators. Remove the window crank and install the Saturn motor in it's place. They work great and are cheap to do.
I agree with Bill W, why not put a short block in it.
If you part it out, get the power door lock actuators for the 66.
Thanks for the replies. I have a Jeep XJ that I can drive and the Bronco needs some fairly expensive repairs. Putting in a new short block really isn't worth the hassle. If there aren't any parts that I can swipe, I will either part it out or just hang on it until I can do all of the work that needs to be done to it.

My truck is a 63 F100. I used the power window motors out of a 2000 Saturn front windows. The rear windows are different. These mesh up perfectly with the Ford window regulators. You do have to modify the regulator a little bit, make a notch on it for the motor to clear and weld a bracket on the top for the third bolt on the motor. Make sure that you lean the motor slightly forward so that it will clear the window divider.
With this setup, the regulators will bolt right back in just the factory.
