VALVE SPRING DIAMETERS
Can anyone tell me the O.D. and I.D. of the valve springs on a '87 Ford 300? I've used the seach function for hours and could not find anything! Or I'll just pull the valve cover and measure them,but I'm lazy

I would go to the Autozone site. Usually they will tell you size, etc. If not, check O'reilleys, and rock auto.
Sometimes I get info from Summit Racing parts, or even Ebay.
The after market springs are 1.4" od.
