tps problem
1994 f-150 4x4 5.8 idles at about 2000 rpm and has no power when pulling could it be the tps 
Check your air idle bypass valve.Sounds like it died on you.It is mounted on the bottom right hand side of the throttle body.

tps problem
The IAC only works at idle, so it wouldn't have any effect on the pulling power. The TPS is a possibility, but so are all the other sensors - have you pulled the codes?
