Depends on a lot of things.
Do you have a donor 4x4 Ex? Are you doing the work, or a shop?
The easiest and cheapest way is to just sell yours and buy a 4x4 Ex, with the term "cheaper" being very subjective because you may have access to a donor rig, and you might be a master mechanic who does all his own work.
