electronic 4X4 not engaging

electronic 4X4 not engaging
I have gone through all the tests and procedures i found on here for trying to figure out why my 4X4 wont engage. i checked all the fuses and checked for power @ the servo motor on the t-case and there was no power. i tried swaping out the relay under the hood and even felt to see if the relays were toggling and nothing. it seems that i am getting no power to the servo motor on the t-case. i am going nuts trying to figure this one out! if anybody can help please let me know. the one mechanic @ ford said that the vacuum has nothing to do w/the t-case. Only the auto lock hubs. This is what is driving me nuts! i feel like im chasing my tail with this or its somthing simple that im missing. Im hoping/figure im not the only person this has happened to. This is why I wanted a manual T-case when I baught it! but they talked me into getting it!
