Rough Shift

Has anyone had issues with rough shift. Mine 2011 F350 4x4 has rough shifts between 2/3, 3/4, and 4/5. It is not consistent. Sometimes rough, other times smooth.

I really like the truck and the 6.7.

Mine does the same thing, especially when it's cold out. Once it warms up it seems to shift fine.

Go to page 17 of this forum and open the thread, "transmission issues". Lot's of conversation on this topic.

I have 5k on my F350 crew cab dually and I still am having harsh shifts in the same gear ranges you indicated. I had the "horsepower flash" in early Sept. This flash was supposed to address the harsh shifts and boost the hp and torque. There is virtually no difference with the tranny issue since the flash.

I have been back to the dealer twice since the flash and he put the computer on the truck and we went cruisin, him driving. The tranny shifted irratic for him too. It acts like it doesn't kno which gear to be in. When I was there the first time, there was another guy there complaining about the same thing with his truck.

I keep hoping the problem will correct itself to some degree. Probably wishful thinking. There's still lots of warranty left so I 'll keep an eye on it for now.

Mine does the same thing. Only have 700 miles on it. I have also been having some harsh shifts into 4 wheel drive....
