I sold half of my business and my 2010 F250 5.4 4.10 rear gear non 4 wheel drive Lariat Ultimate remains. It has 6,250 miles on the odo, remote control DVD in the headrests and a wireless remote control air lift suspension on the rear. It also comes with a rapid hitch draw bar with 2 5/16" and 2" reversable *****. Sounds strange, but it does!
What do you think I should advertise the price as?
If it wasn't for the redesigned nose of the 2011 you could not tell it from new on the outside. Same with the inside and its 2011 changes! $38k seems a little low considering I paid $53k brand new. I could see $10k loss driving off the lot, but $15k geez!

Probably best to do some research via KBB, and NADA but don't take them as gospel. As often as not they don't reflect the "real world". My opinion would be to hit ebay and do some comparisons. You should be able to get a pretty good idea as to the average asking price for a unit like yours, and you may even be able to get some ideas on selling prices.
You can price high and sell slow, or price low and sell quick. It's all up to you. If you get really lucky your truck will hit the right set of eyes are the right time and you might get your price without any hassle at all.
I sold mine (unadvertised) while I was standing in the dealers lot looking at a new truck and waiting for the salesman to get there with keys. Some guy drove up and thought my truck was a dealer truck, came to my house later that night and paid my price no questions asked. I got lucky.
I say post it high and see what happens. If you manage to sell it for 45-50k just because you took a shot you made off pretty well, from there go with the minimum loss you're willing to take on the truck. It appears to be super clean, looks like it has great options, and with the 5.4 its super reliable
The truck is worth what the market will bare... I have seen trucks priced too high on Autotrader.com and they are still there after a year of advertising. If your Super Duty were 4X4 and had the diesel engine, you might get $38,000. I priced online a new 2011 F350 CCLB 4X4 6.2L XLT for $41,660 with no discounts.

There is a 2010 2wd black Lariat 5.4 with 9 miles on Autotrader for $33,900 right now. I also saw a 2010 4wd Lariat 6.4 PSD with 34k miles for $36. Prices are going to depend on what is selling in your area. I would check craigslist in your area and see what the trend is.
NADA, KBB are only guides. It won't sell unless you have it priced right or are willing to wait it out.
You probably didn't take the time to go through and check all the boxes at KBB, but I did and KBB tells me $42,565. Throw in another $2k for the options I have that KBB did not list and you're at the price I was thinking. That being $45k. Of course if I was offered $42.5k I would take it, but I think I'm going to list it at $45k. That gives me some space for the low ballers.
Especially with fuel prices climbing again, everyone will flock to small vehicles and hybrids. Every penny increase in the fuel price means probably $500 off of the price of your truck.

Granted, but a Prius isn't going to tow anything. I bought this truck to tow a heavy trailer. No matter what price fuel is if you have to tow something heavy you have to have a pick up truck. I think that demand will always be there no matter what fuel cost is.
