Hi Tj54020. Welcome to FTE 
If you do a search with the search button at the top of the page you will find quite a few posts about blown out spark plugs. Ford's official position on fixing it is to replace the cylinder head but usually a good technician or machine shop can put a Heli-coil in the hole to repair the threads.

Wouldn't be the first time! What we need is for Ford to fire all of those newbie Engineers and hire a whole bunch of OLD experienced Engineers with a few of those Russian tank and rocket Engineers that are out of work now also.
