backpressure sensor
I need help real quick. I need to clean the exhaust backpressure sensor out. I think its on the front of the motor, but not sure. My truck keeps giving me a service engine light at around 28psi of boost and then shuts boost down about 10-15 psi. Superchip told me to clean the sensor. Any help would be appreciated.

backpressure sensor
tcarr, its located at the right front of your engine by the high pressure oil resevoir. Its located at the top of a bracket where the pipe leads down to the right manifold. Clean the pipe, and the carbon from the sensor, but you still may need a sensor. I have seen a few go bad. Good Luck.
