Heres my '93 shortly after I had the rear fenders redone. In my opinion, this generation of body style in two-tone paint is probably the best looking Ford truck ever made.

Yup i agre about this gen being a keeper.
I just bought a 96 to keep and maybe bling up as a project.
Its like new inside and has no rust so we shall see....
But these years are going to be the collectibles of tomorrow.

It was really quite amazing. My best friend of 15 years, my new truck and I driving across country with no itinerary and a couple of fly rods in the back.
We had LOTS of fun.

Sweet pickup man, and some dang good pics.
Thanks and thanks.
I've been to SD before, but that was my first time to the Black Hills area. It was very pretty there.
I'm coming back to Romona (near Souix Falls) this summer and will probably try to see the Bad Lands. We had to skip it on this trip.

Oh I love it. 351, 5 speed stick and 4:10 gears w/ posi. Back when it was still on the road it was a blast to drive! Have some ricer pull up next to me and think hes all badass, and then get his doors blown off by my old rust bucket. Cant wait to finally get it roadworthy again!

I've been thinking about doing a 351w in my truck but still want to keep the manual trans. Mines an i6 5 speed and I know mine won't work but what 5 speed works with the 351? I love those motors

Well.... Technically your 5 speed will bolt right up to the 351, no modification needed. Just get a flywheel from a 302. BUT... your trans isnt strong enough for the 351, and it will not hold up to any abuse.

If you want a 351 and be able to play w/ it too you need a ZF out of an F250 or 350. It will be any 5 speed manual trans from 88-97 thats behind an I6 or a 351 in a 250 or 350. DO NOT get one from behind a 460 or diesel, they WILL NOT work.

Didn't know that! That's good to know thanks for the info man! Pick n pull down here has tons of F series trucks from 79 all the way to 97 strokers. I'm gonna look into it a bit. Thanks again man I appreciate it
