Hi rebel_ford4x4 and welcome to FTE 
If your headlight bulb is burned out you can replace just the bulb......you don't need to replace the whole light. At the back of the light there is an electrical connector that you unplug by squeezing the tab and pulling. Then you twist the bulb retainer about 1/8 of a turn to remove it and then the bulb pulls out. Make sure you dont touch the glass on the new bulb at all when you replace it as oil from your fingers will make the bulb burn out quickly.
