A/C Regular Cab Vs. Non-A/C Regular Cab
How hard would it be to install an A/C system on my engine (351W), that originally didn't have A/C hooked up to it (so the cab isn't A/C-ready, no vents in the dash)?
I'm trying to explore my options on how good the A/C is in these old trucks and if it's worth the trouble to try and hook it up to my truck, even tho it didn't have A/C before, nor do I currently even have anything that goes with the A/C unit (only the cab that has the hole cut out already).
Is it worth the trouble?
Does it really make that much of a difference? My temp only gets up to +30 Celcius where I live, and usually, windows down is good enough on most days.
Is there a way that I can simply "close-up" that A/C hole in the cab so that I don't have to deal with my engine compartment and the interior of my cab essentially being "one" and not seperated (it might get a bit noisy if I can't close that hole)?
Any ideas, suggestions, referrals to other posts?
