Ed is a long time site sponsor, event sponsor and many have been lucky enough to meet him in person.

The last thing Ed needs in this situation is added stress. If you see threads in this forum or others about him not being available, please help him out by posting up whats going on.

I will update you as relevant information becomes available.
NumberDummy frequently sends us to Ed to get obsolete parts from.

That's usually how these things happen.

I am very sorry to hear of this.
Though I don't know him well Ed has gone gone way beyond the call for me and many others on this forum.
My prayers are with him and his family for a speedy and complete recovery.

Aww man this is Horrible news and unfortunately I know all to well the impact a stroke can have on someone it's devastating and yes VERY sudden and no two people are affected the same in my wifes case shes got limited use of her right side,my Father in law at 84 was more severe and he never recovered, and a friend of me and the wife's Has a severe mental deficit slow speech memory problems etc. God Bless this man and I wish him all the best and hope he pulls through aswell as my wife has shes able to function more or less normally hope he does too sad sad news Best wishes and prayers from me and Beck

My prayers go out to him too. He has been a great help. Hopefully he got help quickly and will start therapy immediately as that can make the difference between a good recovery or poor results.
