Yes, from the defunct Specialty Top Corporation and originally designed and manufactured by K bar S specialty equipment. Both companies are no longer in business. The tops, now made exclusively for the Forum Sponsor as I understand it, have been slightly modified (upgraded if you will) from the original design but still retain the basic styling that is shown in the photos on the website you found.
