I purchased a new 2010 FX2 F150 last fall. Tried to wait for the 2011's with the new engines but the price break was too much to give up. I had a whole list of mods I was planning to make but found this site and cruising through the listings gave me a complete change of heart. Gone is the power chip. Gone is the retractable side boards. Gone are the larger tires and wheels. I already succumbed to the Air Raid cold air induction and the Magnaflow dual exhausts. Had the dealer install these to prevent any warranty issues. Haven't noticed any performance increases seat of the pants. Only very loud exhausts. Thinking of changing that back to a single exhaust but with 3" pipe. All-in-all, reading these posts made me think it's better to leave well enough alone.

Welcome to FTE and congrats on your truck. Think these trucks are about as efficient and powerful from the factory as they are going to get without mechanical mods.
