Oh the shift kit is awesome. I did the "street" version and it snaps pretty hard, but it's firm and quick.

Yea the shift kit was great. Was $60 from summit racing. Trans was like $500 from a '97 Stroke. Then I went ahead and got a new converter for $215.
Now I just have to sell the honda, then I can do all the maintenance I've been wanting to do to the truck (new injectors, oil change, diff service, ect).

lol Mike! your nuts! i did the "heavy duty" mode,and that's as firm as id want her.i wounder if you'll get sick of them slamming gears and want to change it latter.
i bet she shifts some fast with that stage.
Yup and also the MLPS sensor from the original '92 trans.

Oh like the devil it does. It's not jerky or anything but it snaps firm into gear and I can for sure feel when the converter locks up.
