steering box

Hey guys. been a while since ive posted, but ive got a question now. Ive got a steering box on a 73 f100 2wd 302 w/ps worn out. It cant be adjusted anymore and either needs a rebuild or replacement. But i also have a 79 350 3wd w/o ps with a good steering box in it thats sitting in a field. Its not in a postion where i could check and see if it would fit in the 73, so would the box in the 79 fit the 73, or would iit be best to rebuild or replacement for it?

Go with a new power steering box. Not that much money and much less trouble trying to rebuild. I hear its a real pain to try and rebuild it you never have done one.
