Does anyone use power service additive and cetane boost? I need to start using some kind of additive for a while after seeing what my filter housing looked like and having to clean it.
I have used Power Services additives for many years. White bottle in cold weather and the silver bottle in warm. Started using in my Burb but it's been in every tank of my '01 Ex 7.3 and now my '10 F350.

same here! they say it improves mpg's but I haven't noticed that. seems to run good though in the cold no gelled/frozen issues.

When I'm at home and know what I have in my tank, it's Cenex Roadmaster XL premium diesel. About mid-November my supplier starts mixing in some #1. With this fuel or fuel mixture, I use no additive.
If on the road or where I'm not certain what I'm fueling with I use Motorcraft Cetane Boost or Motorcraft Antigel with Cetane Boost in cold weather.
I've used Diesel Kleen in the past. Now trying the stuff from XDP. Don't know about MPG gains, but I seem to have good results with either. Stanadyne is also good, but no better than Diesel Kleen, and DK is cheaper and easier to find.
