I have a 96 Ranger and it really has been good 325,000 so far. My problem that i have is my tires are wearing on the inside ever since it was bounced off the curb. I just found out when i saw the front rim had a dent from hitting the curb so i rotated the tires and as i was placeing the jack under to rise it. I then noticed that the bushing on beam was moved about a half inch. When i drive it and let go of steering wheel it driffs toward the left. It's been a really good truck otherwise.

Repaired, you should be good for another 100 K miles, at least. Left as is and you will be replacing tires frequently and run the risk of a blow-out in the tire on the dented wheel.
