Cargo light switch/wiring

I want to use my stock cargo light switch with red "light up" **** for another accessory. My stock in-dash AC unit and the brake pedal block access from below the dash. Anyone know where it plugs into the harness...read a thread some time ago that said left of the column up by the top of the kick panel? Anyone know the wire colors or where the plug is?

the wires comes down the piller and plugs in behind the cluster I don't remember the color of the wires there is an orange wire there I think thats for the gas gage. And a blue and a brown.
