STC FITTING
Anyway, to answer the question you have asked, the Snap-to-Connect (STC) fitting is on your high pressure oil pump. Certain years, especially '05 and some '06, used an STC fitting to connect the outlet of the HPOP. So your STC is on your HPOP, which is in the valley of the engine, toward the rear.

That is out of date, but at one point Ford was bracing the STC fitting with the kit shown on that page. They now replace the entire fitting instead, but the pics may still help you envision the area.
As for changing the fitting, the HPOP has to come out.
