Hey Fellas, new guy here. I have an '06 5.4 with 65,000 miles on it. I am the original owner and today I received my first CEL.
Here's what the scan tool had to tell me:

P0059: HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 2, Sensor 1)

I have done some research and am thinking I may have a bad O2 sensor.
Looking for any input anyone can offer.

 

Yup, I would clear the code and see if it comes back. My 04 set a code awhile back. I cleared the code and so far, 6 months later, it hasn't come back. If it does, than I'd say you are safe to assume you have a bad UEGO.

 

Thanks. I cleared the code and it came back within 24 hrs. New one's going in first thing in the morning..
