but isn't it weird that he took on a female persona and faked us all out. That is deceptive, wrong and definitely weird. Several guys here treated Julie with kid gloves if she made a statement that some disagreed with because "she" was a "woman". A lot, including myself, respected "her" knowledge but "she" was sometimes given a pass because of her gender! There were some guys over the last several years that said this so called airline stewardess that flew cross country was really a guy, but they were put down.

OK, I cleared my thoughts, and we should put this to rest. I will not miss "her". She is not the only one here with good info!

Ok,...aside from all of the "SHMUCK" did anyone have the foresight or the insight to 'right click' and save any of the drawings and diagrams ***** posted here for us?

Well, I don't know if it is wrong or if it is called plagurism but I did grab quite a few and I will presume others did too. What do you all think? Should we create a 'sticky' and post them or just keep them to our selves? In my opinion, anything posted on the internet is up for grabs unless specifically copywrited.

The drawings are of very good quality and are very infomative. They have helped a lot of us as noted above and Can continue to do so.

What are the opinions of our moderators?

I saved most, if not all, of the diagrams and drawings. A lot of which were taken from shop manuals, parts catalogs, and the crankshaft coalition. Others here have the same literature, just not scanned to the computer.

Julie? He'd probably start ranting and raving about how we're all a bunch of dirty rotten, double talking, two-faced, no good, scumbag crooks that stole all his material and knowledge, for continuing to share his stuff.

But hey, I'm ok with that.

So share away! Tee-hee!

Not all of the diagrams were "correct" in general; they were the way he did it on his truck. Caveat emptor.

I'm not saying, I'm just saying......

When was the last time anyone saw glass fuses on a production vehicle? Just because someone was very adamant about how "they" did things, and "they" were very willing to share how "they" did those things, does not necessarilly mean "they" are correct on how to do those things.

Truth be told, i cant help but be amused about the whole mess. As a way too long time member of AOL and one of it's chat rooms in particular, this whole thing pales in comparison to the viciousness and lies seen there over the years. Some of the AOL people have died 6 or 7 times at least, and actually shown up at front doors ruining marriages and lives.

That being said, Rules are Rules, and one should play nicely, without the lies. While a lot of the diagrams didn't agree with, or answer all the questions about what i was up to with my own complete rewire, they still came in handy. I also believe in not trusting crimp connectors just crimped as "julie" did. I always solder the crimps, and use heat shrink tube religiously. As i stated elsewhere, it's nice to see the information and diagrams themselves still live.

I'm just disappointed.

I thought the Posting Princess was a classy gal...but then I usually take people at face value until proven otherwise...

I think it all started when she was asked to show a picture of herself and it never came about. I believe is was a thread a few months ago.

I think it really started when he came back with a big ol' BS story about being someone, or something, he wasn't. There's a lesson in all this that it seems some folks can't get a grasp on. Don't lie, cheat or deceive, and treat people with respect. We can all get along much better if we follow these simple rules, not only here, but in life, in general.
