Rebuild shocks

I just bought my 2000 F250 Superduty, it came with some Doestch shocks but one side is leaking. Does anyone know someone that rebuilds shocks in the Riverside, Orange County, or Los Angeles area? I am looking to get new rims and tires but want to fix my shocks first. Thanks.

Would'nt it be cheaper to buy new shocks? Do they rebuild shocks?

I believe some of the big $ racing shocks can be rebuilt... But your run of the mill passenger light truck... I think would be cheaper to just buy it new...

Good luck

I know these shocks are pretty expensive since they have the reserviors on them. So before buying new ones or cheaper ones, I wanted to see if they can be rebuilt. I contacted the manufacturer but they don't rebuild them there. They did refer me to someone but they have not responded.

if your truck is stock or lifted 2-4" you can use any shock or shocks made for lifted trucks. you don't need the expensive shocks. unless you get a great deal it's cheaper buying new.
