F2 Front suspension question

After pulling a 302 out of a colony park stationwagon and seeing how much the front end lifted after the weight loss I have to wonder how much my truck is going to squat. My F2 has a droped axel [CPP] with the stock springs and all new parts. Will this set up handle the extra weight? What has other readers done with simular set up's Thankx Dennis

Your front end will handle the weight just fine. Your 302 actually weighs less (but similar) than either the original V-8 or 6 cylinder engine it's replacing.
